19. Michael Chigbu -WR – LA
20. Patrick Allen -OL – MD
21. Daquan Hawkins -DT – GA
22. Trenton Thompson -DT – GA
-Player Spotlight: Our 22nd signee is regarded by several scouting sources as the number one overall player in the country. While ESPN has Thompson as #3 (the #2 DT), ESPN is actually not generally considered one of the top three recruiting resources (Rivals, 247Sports, Scout) by insiders. The lighter, early enrolled DT Ledbetter teaming with Thompson gives UGA the bulk needed to excel inside at the 3-4 defense for three years. Thompson potentially moving to nose and Ledbetter to DE at UGA, as Pruitt rushes guys from OLB while his defensive ends stay interior in passing situations.

23. Deandre Baker -DB – FL
24. Chauncey Rivers -DE – GA
25. Gary McCrae -LB – GA
26. Rico McGraw -DB – TN
-Player Spotlight: UGA struggled mightily in takeaways and pass defense in 2013. Under Pruitt, the Dawgs were at or near the top of the SEC in these categories throughout 2014. Georgia managed this after a mass talent exodus in the defensive secondary. Top-tier talent Rico McGraw was considered a “must-get” out of Nashville for Richt and company. While secondary is Pruitt’s coaching specialty, a DB skill upgrade was plainly needed for further advancement in Athens. BAMA had emerged as a favorite for McGraw then faded away late.

27. Kirby Choates -DB -GA
28. Shaquery Wilson -ATH -FL
29. Terry Godwin -WR -GA
-Player Spotlight: Godwin is considered a top ten talent nationally and will be attending UGA with his sister. Keeping the speedster in the state got dicey as Auburn made a strong late pitch for him, and he even took an official visit to Colorado State, where one of his key recruiters, Mike Bobo, is now the head coach. A hair under six foot and a Taco Stand burrito meal from 170, Godwin is a Joystick-like burst guy who may play right away for the skill position rich Dawgs. Look for much more big play passing potential in 2015 with the young studs joining finally healthy and proven older outside guys.

30. Roquan Smith -LB -GA
-Player Spotlight: Top outside LB in country jilted UCLA after selecting their hat on Signing Day. They lied to him and he ends up staying instate.
